MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

All products are produced on a made to order basis. Production begins after order confirmation.

Because each item is created specifically for you:

  • Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection are not available.

In accordance with European and German consumer law, goods produced specifically upon customer order are excluded from statutory withdrawal rights.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and colors accurately. However, variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to display settings or production processes and do not constitute defects.

Products may be discontinued or become unavailable without notice.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method. You confirm that you are legally authorized to use that payment method.

Prices are subject to change at any time. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust affected orders.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@stefangroepper-art.com and provide photos of the product, packaging, and your order number.

We reserve the right to assess each case individually and may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
