MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTION

All works are made to order. Please note that all sales are final.

 

DELIVERY 

Complimentary worldwide shipping is offered for unframed prints, delivered securely in a mailing tube.

 

Please allow up to:

– 5 days for production

– 5 days for domestic shipping (Germany)

– 7–10 days for international delivery

 

Shipping for framed artworks is calculated individually, depending on destination and size.

Costs may vary significantly worldwide, therefore a custom quote will be provided upon request.

COLLECTION

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming that your artwork is available for collection. Pickup arrangements will be coordinated after this notification.

 

COLLECTION COSTS

There are no shipping or delivery fees, as artworks are collected directly from the studio.

 

DELAYS

While we aim to have artworks ready within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to production processes, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

COLLECTION RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for collecting their artwork within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

Please ensure appropriate transport when collecting artworks, particularly for larger or framed pieces.

 

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and ownership of the artwork transfer to the customer upon collection.
