Refund policy
All products sold by GROEPPER ART are produced on a made to order basis. Each item is individually manufactured after an order is placed.
Because of this production process, orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS FOR MADE TO ORDER GOODS
Under European and German consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom made or produced specifically upon customer order.
As all of our products are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or ordering mistakes.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@stefangroepper-art.com and provide:

photos of the damaged item

photos of the packaging

your order number
Items must not be installed, used, or altered before damage is documented.
We reserve the right to review each case individually and may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
REFUND PROCESS
Where a refund is legally required, we will process the refund within 14 days after receiving confirmation of a valid claim. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
